What you will do

• Create outstanding designs that align with client business objectives and delight end users.
• Partner with global delivery teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Program Management.
• Communicate project progress and delivery timelines to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to client presentations and workshop preparation.
• Incorporate emerging technologies and AI trends into project designs.
• Apply frontend development skills using HTML and CSS to support product implementation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania
• At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing UX position.
• Expertise in interaction or visual design using Figma and Adobe toolkit.
• Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global, culturally diverse team.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for web development.
