What you will do

• Lead end-to-end construction and launch projects including fulfillment centers and office spaces.
• Define project scope, budget, schedule, and resource plans for concurrent initiatives.
• Manage bid packages, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor project progress, address risks, and communicate status to leadership.
• Oversee commissioning activities and transition projects to operational teams.
• Drive standardization of launch processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in high-growth or startup environments.
• Experience and knowledge of warehouse operations, manufacturing, or materials handling systems.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Office, Project, and CAD software.
• Knowledge of contract language and accounting functions.
• Ability to travel up to 80% based on project needs.

Nice to have

• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
