What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for peptide manufacturing technology transfers and facility startup activities.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate the transfer of manufacturing processes from R&D or external sites into commercial operations.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure successful process validation and GMP readiness.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability across global stakeholders.
• Support facility startup, including equipment qualification and the development of controlled documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of technology transfer, process validation, and cGMP workflows.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and working flexible hours.

Nice to have

• Direct experience leading technology transfer or manufacturing startup projects.
• Experience with peptide API manufacturing or complex chemical processes.
