What you will do
- Lead end-to-end project management for peptide manufacturing technology transfers and facility startup activities.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate the transfer of manufacturing processes from R&D or external sites into commercial operations.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure successful process validation and GMP readiness.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability across global stakeholders.
- Support facility startup, including equipment qualification and the development of controlled documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of technology transfer, process validation, and cGMP workflows.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and working flexible hours.
Nice to have
- Direct experience leading technology transfer or manufacturing startup projects.
- Experience with peptide API manufacturing or complex chemical processes.
