• Define and maintain the enterprise data strategy, including architecture, governance, and business enablement objectives.
• Establish robust data governance disciplines covering quality, lineage, controls, and lifecycle management.
• Drive data democratization by developing trusted data products, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
• Partner with product, risk, engineering, and commercial teams to embed data into underwriting logic and operational processes.
• Identify and integrate new data sources to improve credit decisioning, fraud controls, and customer understanding.
• Enable the responsible application of advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation across business workflows.

Требования

• Proven experience in a senior data role within fintech, banking, or a data-intensive environment.
• Deep expertise in data governance, data modeling, and data architecture.
• Hands-on capability in SQL and at least one analytical or programming language such as Python.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, lending products, or financial services data ecosystems.
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives with strong communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Athens, Greece.
