What you will do

• Collect and synthesize quantitative and qualitative customer data from Product, BI, Marketing, and Support.
• Develop and implement Voice of the Customer (VoC) surveys across different geographies.
• Build a comprehensive customer database and define behavioral and geographic personas.
• Extract actionable insights to guide and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Represent customer expectations in internal strategic planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer data, analytics, or CX within the fintech industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with quantitative data.
• BA/BSc degree in a quantitative field.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Legal authorization to work in Greece (or eligibility for sponsorship).
