What you will do
- Collect and synthesize quantitative and qualitative customer data from Product, BI, Marketing, and Support.
- Develop and implement Voice of the Customer (VoC) surveys across different geographies.
- Build a comprehensive customer database and define behavioral and geographic personas.
- Extract actionable insights to guide and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Represent customer expectations in internal strategic planning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer data, analytics, or CX within the fintech industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with quantitative data.
- BA/BSc degree in a quantitative field.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Legal authorization to work in Greece (or eligibility for sponsorship).
