Location: Remote (Strongly prefer applicants to be based in the United States)

What you will do

• Cultivate and deepen relationships with partners across sectors to broaden the pro-human AI coalition.
• Coordinate workstreams, track deliverables, and manage multi-stakeholder projects on realistic timelines.
• Support the scoping and launch of new domain initiatives and grantmaking activities.
• Plan and execute convenings, briefings, and workshops.
• Collaborate with the communications team to support launches and public-facing events.

Requirements

• Prior experience in project or program management delivering to ambitious timelines.
• Based in the United States (strongly preferred).
• Genuine intellectual interest in AI and technology policy.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building trusting partnerships across political affiliations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for non-expert audiences.
• Ability to thrive and be self-directed in a remote work environment.

Nice to have

• Experience launching or scaling initiatives, coalitions, or movements.
• Background in issue advocacy or campaigning.
• Prior work at the intersection of science/technology and policy.
