What you will do

• Own the day-to-day operations and success of Endless Creator Clubs across various campuses.
• Travel to founding clubs to provide in-person support, observe performance, and implement fixes.
• Invent and execute the Founders' Summit and Spring Festival from the ground up.
• Manage a part-time team of functional specialists continuing from the summer intern group.
• Recruit, sign, and support founding campus leader pairs across approximately a dozen campuses.
• Build a scalable recruitment engine for the 2027 cohort of campuses.

Requirements

• Proven experience running a startup, student organization, or a serious project with full ownership of results.
• Must be based in the US or able to travel extensively to US campuses.
• Strong organizational skills to track multiple campuses, events, teams, and budgets simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for pitching to students and briefing designers.
• Genuine passion for game development, education, or both.
• High level of self-sufficiency and a founder's mindset.
