Senior Strategy Manager, Customer Growth and Monetisation (Commercial/Growth): Leading the strategic development of customer revenue models and monetisation approaches with an accent on pricing, subscriptions, and loyalty propositions. Location: Hybrid in London (minimum 60% office attendance required)

What you will do
- Lead the strategic development of customer monetisation, including pricing, subscriptions, membership, and loyalty bundles.
- Develop robust commercial business cases using customer insights and financial analysis to guide senior leadership decisions.
- Define and design premium customer propositions and implement test-and-learn frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product, Brand, Marketing, and CRM teams to enhance the communication of customer value and transparency.
- Drive strategic improvements in customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Analyze external market trends and best practices to evolve the long-term revenue model.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial strategy, pricing, or monetisation within consumer tech, travel, or fintech.
- Proven track record of evolving revenue models such as subscriptions, memberships, or ancillary products.
- Strong analytical skills in interpreting behavioural data, LTV modelling, and revenue economics.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex strategy into measurable business outcomes.
- Experience navigating ambiguous commercial challenges while balancing CX and business performance.
- Must be based in London to meet the hybrid office requirement (60% attendance).

- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience running pricing or lifecycle experiments.
- Background working within multi-market or marketplace businesses.
