What you will do

• Lead technology strategy and execution for the e-commerce post-purchase experience, including OMS, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Evolve the technical roadmap to align with business priorities and enterprise architecture.
• Optimize integrations across commerce, ERP, warehouse, payment, and tax systems.
• Drive architecture for scalable omnichannel capabilities across DTC, B2B, and social commerce.
• Manage vendors and partners for post-purchase technology providers.
• Implement AI-enabled improvements for automated issue detection and engineering productivity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience in IT, digital commerce, or order management.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams or enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Expertise in end-to-end e-commerce capabilities such as returns, refunds, and shipment tracking.
• Strong knowledge of modern web architectures, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in San Jose, California to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce B2B Commerce, Global-e, ESW, or Narvar.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP, SAP, MuleSoft, or Workato.
• Knowledge of Merchant of Record models and cross-border commerce.
