What you will do
- Drive cross-functional execution of projects across all phases of the project life cycle.
- Lead the execution of multiple projects or manage entire programs.
- Manage project scope, maintain accurate estimates, timelines, and status reports.
- Communicate plans and accomplishments to internal and external stakeholders, identifying risks.
- Empower team members to improve their professional capabilities over time.
- Apply learnings from project retrospectives to optimize future project delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in systems applications consultancy, product, or project management.
- English fluency with strong communication skills.
- Must be based in Latin America.
- Must have ERP knowledge.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and uncertainty.
Nice to have
- PMP certification.
