What you will do

• Plan and manage end-to-end office furniture installation projects, including timelines and resource coordination.
• Handle outbound orders, change orders, returns, and replacements.
• Manage 3PL warehouse partners, resolving picking errors and operational issues.
• Act as the main point of contact for installation partners and internal stakeholders.
• Track key KPIs related to delivery, cost improvement, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead on-site delivery execution, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Solid experience in project or operations management within an execution-heavy environment involving physical goods.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong technical understanding of installations or craftsmanship.
• Fluent, confident English required.
