What you will do

• Analyze disputes and chargeback flows to determine the appropriate course of action.
• Investigate cases end-to-end, analyzing transaction timelines, evidence, and money flow to identify root causes.
• Build and review well-documented, win-oriented representment and defense cases.
• Analyze data to identify fraud signals, patterns, and process gaps.
• Utilize and contribute to the improvement of AI/automation tooling to increase dispute handling efficiency.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Product, Data, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience using LLMs/AI tools and curiosity about agent frameworks such as LangChain or Mastra.
• Comfort with basic coding or scripting, specifically SQL for data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for case summaries and internal updates.
• High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial data.
