What you will do

• Analyze business performance metrics including revenue, margin, retention, and conversion.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements, prioritize opportunities, and support feature delivery.
• Build dashboards and reports to diagnose issues and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases for new products, markets, and customer propositions.
• Coordinate product launches across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.
• Track competitor activity and market trends to identify strategic advantages.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, product analytics, strategy, or fintech.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in business modeling, unit economics, and data analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data and customer insights into actionable product recommendations.
• Strong product judgment and interest in building customer-facing products.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in New York.
