What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full lifecycle.
• Take ownership of features from initial concept through to production release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product improvements.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure high code quality.
• Participate in architectural discussions and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience developing large-scale web applications.
• Solid experience with Ruby and Rails.
• Proficiency with modern frontend technologies including JavaScript, React, TypeScript, or Next.js.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• English proficiency: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) required for daily communication.
• Interest in or experience with AI-assisted development tools.

• Experience with EdTech platforms (LMS, LXP, MOOC).
• Familiarity with LTI, SCORM, or xAPI standards.
