What you will do

• Monitor and manage real-time trading and position risk across multiple asset classes and exchanges.
• Develop tools and dashboards to visualize exposure, P&L attribution, liquidity usage, and system performance.
• Analyze trading system behavior to identify anomalies, unexpected exposures, or systemic weaknesses.
• Perform post-trade and real-time risk analysis using large data sets from execution and market logs.
• Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to align real-time and end-of-day risk controls.
• Work with traders and developers to ensure risk checks are tightly integrated into the trading stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, trading systems, or quantitative technology within a prop trading, hedge fund, or exchange environment.
• Solid experience with time-series data and real-time monitoring systems.
• Deep understanding of market, liquidity, liquidation, depeg, credit, and operational risk principles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of derivatives and margin trading.
• Ability to bridge quantitative, technical, and operational perspectives.
