Location: Mainly based in Germany (preferably Berlin), with hybrid and remote options

Salary: €35,000 - €50,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Growth Analysts focused on revenue, conversion, and profitability.
  • Define priorities, processes, and execution frameworks for consistent delivery.
  • Own the monetization roadmap to identify and prioritize opportunities that improve revenue and margins.
  • Lead cross-functional rollouts in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Engineering.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and present recommendations to influence strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in eCommerce, Growth, or Product Management.
  • Proven track record of owning business outcomes and delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills across technical and business teams.
  • Must be based in Germany or be open to relocation.
