What you will do

• Own the digital conversion funnel end-to-end, conducting A/B tests on landing pages and checkout flows to minimize drop-offs.
• Design and scale recurring business model features, including subscription loyalty drivers and churn prevention loops.
• Analyze user behavior using quantitative tools (Google Analytics, Tableau) and qualitative research (interviews, surveys).
• Lead a dedicated agile team of engineers, UX/UI designers, user researchers, and data analysts.

Requirements

• Proven track record of scaling existing digital products or optimization frameworks.
• Deep understanding of subscription (Abo) mechanics and recurring revenue loops.
• Hands-on experience with frontend event tracking and tools like Google Analytics or Amplitude.
• Ability to leverage quantitative data and qualitative research to uncover user behavior drivers.
• Strong leadership skills for coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and developers.

Nice to have

• Experience managing or steering native iOS/mobile app development.
