What you will do

• Drive complex, multi-domain technology programs across teams and platforms to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Connect multiple initiatives into coherent programs with clearly defined goals, metrics, and delivery sequencing.
• Shape program management practices and delivery standards at an organizational level.
• Support strategic decision-making through structured analysis of risks, trade-offs, and business cases.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue impact.
• Orchestrate cross-functional work between engineering, product, and business stakeholders, managing integration risks.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of proven experience in technology program management.
• Track record of delivering complex, high-impact programs in ambiguous environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Proficiency in Agile, Lean, and Kanban methodologies.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision making.
• English: B2+ level required.
