What you will do

• Own daily and monthly profitability (P&L) using transactional and equity methods, producing T+1 reports.
• Verify administrator reporting, review monthly NAV packs, and resolve breaks or discrepancies.
• Design and maintain internal valuation systems for spot, perps, futures, options, forwards, and LP tokens.
• Automate financial reporting and position/P&L dashboards using Python and Google Apps Script.
• Establish data quality controls, including reconciliations for trades, cash, positions, and funding.
• Collaborate with trading, development, and finance teams to support audits and partner requests.

Requirements

• Background in crypto accounting or fund controlling with hands-on NAV calculation experience.
• Strong intuition for market microstructure and first-hand crypto investing/trading exposure.
• Mastery of valuation for spot and derivative crypto assets, including perpetuals and options.
• Proven ability to process large datasets and identify root causes of anomalies quickly.
• Strong coding skills in Python and Google Apps Script for automation and API integration.
• Ability to present findings to senior stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
