What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact between commercial, legal, and talent teams for FTE talent projects.
- Manage the completion and processing of talent service agreements, releases, and other business/legal documentation.
- Partner with commercial teams to track contract fulfillment and manage invoicing processes.
- Liaise with HRBPs to gain approval for internal talent involvement in specific projects.
- Coordinate with Finance departments to track, report, and reconcile revenue and expenses.
- Administer and optimize workflow efficiencies across the operations department.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of business and legal experience.
- Paralegal certification required.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage professional relationships.
- High level of organization and ability to multi-task under strict deadlines.
- Proficiency with G Suite, Airtable, Salesforce, and Workday.
