• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead the transformation of international payroll systems to a single new global vendor.
• Collaborate with technical teams, data teams, and business units to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure all milestones are met.
• Implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing data projects and data governance implementation.
• Proven experience leading projects within payroll or HR environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of data technologies and data sourcing.
