TL;DR

Senior Associate, Revenue Strategy & Enablement (Fintech): Driving growth across the EMEA region by designing and executing enablement programs that align GTM priorities with sales execution with an accent on commercial operating rhythms and product training. Focus on scaling onboarding processes, optimizing sales content through AI tools, and analyzing funnel performance to improve deal velocity.

What you will do

  • Partner with Commercial and Revenue Strategy leaders to identify and implement high-leverage growth initiatives.
  • Translate GTM priorities into actionable enablement programs to improve sales execution for core and new products.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact onboarding and product training to accelerate time-to-productivity.
  • Design and rollout scalable content and AI-driven tools in partnership with Revenue Operations to improve rep effectiveness.
  • Strengthen the commercial operating rhythm through SKOs, training cadences, and feedback loops.
  • Analyze sales data and funnel performance to identify gaps and guide coaching efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement or Strategy, preferably in Financial Services or Technology.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with commercial leaders and driving impactful programs.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional management abilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce and modern sales technology stacks (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Highspot).
  • Must be located in London.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth fintech or technology scale-up environment.
  • Experience working with EMEA-based sales teams.
  • Experience implementing and scaling AI-enabled sales workflows.
  • Fluency in an additional European language (Spanish, Dutch, German, or French).
