What you will do

• Own the full data science engine for priority verticals, specifically focusing on Insurance and Advertiser Quality.
• Design, build, and validate models from the business problem stage to live ROAS performance.
• Deliver buying models that maintain positive ROAS and high lead quality across various brand assets.
• Collaborate with ML engineering partners to handle the last-mile deployment and monitoring of models.
• Identify and leverage new modeling opportunities to drive measurable revenue growth and media efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in an applied data science role delivering measurable business impact.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or the leadgen industry.
• Expert proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Multi-year experience building and deploying ML solutions within the AWS cloud.
• Deep technical knowledge of multi-armed bandits, reinforcement learning, recommendation systems, and LTV modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs or deep learning applied to personalization and content.
• Expertise in creating state-of-the-art Ad Ranking algorithms.
• Experience modeling against Google, Meta, or native ad-platform data.
• Insurance domain experience.
• Familiarity with Looker.
