What you will do

• Define and own AI domain roadmaps, translating ambiguous business challenges into structured, actionable plans.
• Lead the design and improvement of models, pipelines, and experimentation frameworks across multiple workstreams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Data Science team, setting standards for excellence and code quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business KPIs and strategic goals.
• Drive cross-functional delivery, managing risks and ensuring high-quality, timely releases of AI features.
• Apply deep domain expertise to solve complex problems using a mix of statistical, ML, GenAI, and agentic techniques.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in Spain or Germany.
• Comprehensive MLOps expertise and advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Proven experience in leading AI projects and providing technical mentorship to team members.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to estimate the impact of AI solutions on business outcomes.
