What you will do

• Guide and mentor a team of marketing analysts, setting priorities and raising the bar for operational excellence.
• Partner with the CMO and marketing leadership across Brand, Lifecycle, Performance, and Growth to shape strategy using data.
• Integrate marketing analytics with overall business outcomes to create a coherent story of growth.
• Develop and maintain measurement and experimentation frameworks, including attribution, incrementality, CAC, and LTV.
• Maintain a hands-on approach by directly contributing to and guiding high-stakes technical projects.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives, dashboards, and self-serve tools for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Data Analytics or Data Science, with at least 3+ years specifically in the marketing domain.
• 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of analysts while remaining a strong individual practitioner.
• Advanced SQL skills for large datasets and proficiency in BI and visualization tools.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to translate strategy into execution.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS and/or Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
