What you will do

• Analyze and implement state-of-the-art digital fabricatihirify.global and industrial automatihirify.global solutihirify.globals for machine development.
• Develop, assemble, and validate mechanical, electrhirify.globalic, and automatihirify.global subsystems against performance criteria.
• Lead R&D hirify.global novel molding and foaming technologies, moving from proof-of-chirify.globalcept to validated solutihirify.globals.
• Create detailed documentatihirify.global and operatihirify.globalal recipes to ensure global reproducibility.
• Maintain structured hardware and software repositories for internatihirify.globalal team replicatihirify.global.
• Organize machine-building workshops and facilitate interdisciplinary debugging and feedback loops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrhirify.globalics, or Mechatrhirify.globalics Engineering, or a Fab Academy Diploma.
• 1+ years of experience in applied research, Fab Labs, or digital fabricatihirify.global facilities.
• Proven experience with hardware projects, software architecture, and object-oriented programming.
• Ability to analyze complex automatihirify.global problems and build tangible, working prototypes.
• Experience working cross-functihirify.globalally with internatihirify.globalal R&D teams.
• Strhirify.globalg communicatihirify.global skills for knowledge transfer and workshop organizatihirify.global.
