What you will do
- Develop and optimize process parameters to ensure stable operation of PWC and SMO solutions.
- Support customers in adopting new products and advanced features as baseline manufacturing solutions.
- Perform in-depth technical analysis to identify software bugs and recommend product enhancements.
- Collaborate with customers and US headquarters to provide effective technical support.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely technical resolution in manufacturing environments.
- Contribute to continuous product and process improvement through technical evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Electronic Engineering.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic and challenging environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
Nice to have
- Programming skills in Python.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or computational lithography.
