What you will do

  • Build intuitive interfaces for auditors, converting complex workflows into effortless user experiences.
  • Develop and optimize core AI agents, including their harnesses and evaluation pipelines.
  • Ensure reliability and debuggability of long-running product workflows.
  • Lead technical discussions via RFCs and collaborate with product teams on feature definitions.
  • Make key architectural decisions and design extendable systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience shipping production web applications across the full stack.
  • Proficiency in building production APIs and modeling data for multi-tenant systems.
  • Strong frontend skills capable of building genuinely complex UIs.
  • Deep understanding of LLM agents, tool use, and quality measurement via evals.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Berlin.
  • Strong product mindset and ownership of outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience building AI agents, harnesses, or eval pipelines.
  • Background in data-dense or workflow-heavy B2B products.
  • Experience scaling multi-tenant systems.
  • Domain knowledge in audit, finance, or compliance.
  • Prior experience in early-stage startups.
