🔥 CRM Specialist
Company: NDA
Since 2012, our client has been developing a scalable SaaS platform and digital products, specializing in turnkey and white-label solutions for iGaming operators
What you'll do:
• Maintain CRM data quality through audits and database management
• Build and optimize workflows, automations, triggers, and routing rules
• Configure sales pipelines, lead assignment logic, and custom fields
• Manage CRM imports, exports, data migrations, and integrations
• Create reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools
• Support Sales teams and improve operational processes
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience administering CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)
• Experience with CRM automations, workflows, pipelines, and data management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM integrations and data migrations
• Native Russian, English B2+ is a plus
