What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters, monitoring their daily activities and performance.
• Drive and ensure the achievement of sales targets within the assigned area.
• Maintain strong relationships with merchant PICs through regular daily visits.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to gather data on sales, competitors, and field issues.
• Supervise the correct placement of POP promotional materials in stores.
• Conduct field training and refresher sessions for the promoter team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a related sales field.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage both a team and a specific area.
• Proficiency in communication and social media marketing skills.
• Experience in Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to work in shifts.
