What you will do

• Define and evolve the data product vision and roadmap to support strategic priorities and regulatory obligations.
• Prioritize product backlogs across functional and non-functional requirements, balancing change and stability.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery and reliable operations of WB Data Lake assets and downstream products.
• Lead and develop squads with a strong focus on craftsmanship, ownership, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with Tribe leadership and global stakeholders to deliver integrated data capabilities.
• Set standards for data delivery and models to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
