What you will do

• Own full P&L responsibility for the AI Business Solutions Practice Group to ensure revenue and margin targets are met.
• Define the commercial strategy and continuously evolve the service portfolio for AI adoption and automation.
• Drive pipeline development and support strategic deals in close collaboration with Sales leadership and Microsoft.
• Accountable for delivery quality and customer outcomes across all projects and managed services.
• Lead, coach, and develop Practice Leads to build a high-performance culture and talent pipeline.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT services/consulting in a senior leadership role such as Head of Practice or Service Line Director.
• Proven track record of P&L responsibility or significant revenue target ownership.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Cloud, Data/AI, or Modern Workplace solutions.
• Proven ability to drive sales pipelines and oversee delivery quality.
• Must be based in the UK.
