Location: Hybrid in Krakow, Poland (minimum 50% office attendance monthly)

Salary: zł 245,000 – zł 275,000

What you will do

• Own problems end-to-end, from analyzing partner requirements to shipping and maintaining production services.
• Build a foundation layer to enable AI transformation for the entire marketing organization.
• Make autonomous decisions on architecture, trade-offs, and priorities based on data evidence.
• Translate ambiguous business requests into functional technical products.
• Integrate AI tooling into the development workflow to increase velocity and efficiency.
• Analyze and query data to drive technical and product conclusions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language, with a strong preference for Go.
• Hands-on experience with data querying, wrangling, and interpretation.
• Practical experience working with AI and LLMs.
• Strong commitment to security and system safety.
• Must be based in Poland and able to work from the Krakow office at least 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in Zig or Rust.
