What you will do

• Own the development and deployment of ICT and BST test solutions for pilot and production.
• Drive DFT compliance from schematic through layout to ensure testable designs.
• Lead ICT/BST fixture development and manage vendors for on-time delivery.
• Ensure test readiness for pilot and manufacturing ramp aligned to program milestones.
• Drive FPY improvement and defect reduction using production data and failure analysis.
• Provide post-release test support, fixture improvements, and long-term stability optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 10–12+ years of relevant experience in hardware systems and PCB design principles.
• Proven experience with ICT, BST, and manufacturing test development.
• Expertise in driving DFT compliance and test coverage in PCBA designs.
• Strong debug and failure analysis skills in manufacturing environments.
• Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers and external partners.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in JTAG and scan-based testing.
• Experience integrating programming flows into ICT environments.
• Understanding of high-speed design constraints and testability tradeoffs.
• Experience contributing to DFT standards or design guidelines.
