What you will do

• Develop and govern standard reporting tools and dashboards to track supplier cost movements and trading KPIs.
• Manage the end-to-end process for supplier cost changes, including validation and negotiation support.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by collaborating with data and finance teams to resolve quality issues.
• Act as the central contact for merchandise reporting standards and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support merchandise transformation initiatives by streamlining workflows and embedding scalable performance tracking frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with P&L exposure in an FMCG environment.
• Degree qualified in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• Strong data analysis and modeling skills with proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Robust understanding of retail drivers such as sales, margin, promotions, and COGS.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders within a matrix structure and communicate complex data simply.
• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne to fulfill hybrid work requirements.
