What you will do

• Translate business challenges into analytical frameworks, selecting appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Deliver insights through data analysis, modelling, and visualisation to support decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to underwriting and pricing stakeholders to drive strategic ambitions.
• Contribute to the development of a trusted, enterprise-wide data asset.
• Lead complex analytical projects end-to-end while managing and developing the team.
• Prioritise workload and manage competing demands within resource constraints.

Requirements

• Experience in an actuarial, data analytics, data science, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced experience with SQL, Python, reporting and visualisation tools (Power BI, Excel).
• Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
• Proven experience in managing complex analytical projects.
• Tertiary qualification in Actuarial, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be able to pass work rights, police and credit checks.
