What you will do

• Lead the S&OP rolling 18-month supply planning process and run RCCP scenarios.
• Collaborate with manufacturing plants to assess capacity, identify constraints, and drive mitigation actions.
• Manage the PSI framework to ensure end-to-end supply-demand alignment.
• Develop scenario planning simulations to evaluate trade-offs in service, cost, and risk.
• Optimize inventory levels across the network to meet service targets and financial objectives.
• Identify and address excess, slow-moving, or shortage risks within the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in RCCP planning or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• English: Business proficiency required.
• Strong analytical and scenario modeling skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
