What you will do

• Lead and manage a regional team of marketing professionals across multiple Asian markets.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that support commercial growth and strengthen regional presence.
• Collaborate with major clients in sports, music, and live events to deliver impactful partnership projects.
• Oversee owned, earned, and paid media channels to achieve performance KPIs and sales targets.
• Partner with regional sales teams to contribute to tender responses and sales proposals.
• Monitor industry trends and leverage marketing technology to improve campaign efficiency and fan engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior client marketing role managing high-value B2B and B2C accounts.
• Fluency in English and Japanese is required; proficiency in Thai or Mandarin is a plus.
• Proven expertise in planning and executing paid media campaigns using platforms like Meta and TikTok.
• Hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze.
• Strong ability to manage large-scale media budgets and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines for this onsite role.

• Experience executing programmatic media campaigns.
• Background in e-commerce or industries with large inventory management.
• Familiarity with MarTech tools including pixel management and measurement systems.
