What you will do

• Collaborate with development teams to create, review, and maintain training and documentation materials.
• Support the implementation and execution of AHS training programs and initiatives across regions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for AHS sites, regional trainers, and performance assurance.
• Develop training plans and conduct training for regional personnel during AHS deployments.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions for new system releases and features.
• Implement Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to certify AHS instructors and users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mining experience at the operational level.
• 2+ years of experience in operational Fleet Management Systems.
• Proven experience training AHS instructors and users.
• Experience with AHS regional deployments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience as a field operator and Central Controller.
• Training/Assessment certification.
• Experience developing needs analyses and training plans.
