Salary: $40 - $50 per hour (20 hours per week for 16 weeks).

What you will do

• Project manage channel initiatives including pipeline automation and provider credentialing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status updates, open issues, and escalation management.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales teams to resolve issues.
• Drive seamless client experiences through effective cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• Must have active work authorization in the US.
• Must be based in one of the specified US states: AZ, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, VA, VT, WI.
• 3-5 years of experience in client delivery, operations, or project management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational capabilities and sharp attention to detail.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with comfort in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, specifically health plans and digital health platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like Claude, Salesforce, and Looker.
• Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment.
