Enterprise Resource Finance Manager

TL;DR

Enterprise Resource Finance Manager (PPBE): Provide financial analysis, planning, and execution support across enterprise programs with an accent on budget execution, forecasting, and resource gap/funding impact analysis. Focus on building data-driven financial reporting and dashboards, maintaining traceability between requirements and funding/appropriations, and supporting PPBE inputs and acquisition/cost documentation.

Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 a year

What you will do

• Analyze budget execution, including obligations, burn rates, variances, and execution trends.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and visualization outputs to communicate execution status, risks, and outlook.
• Analyze financial and manpower data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential resource gaps.
• Support budget forecasts, multi-year funding profiles, and long-range financial plans, including PPBE inputs and documentation.
• Build resource projection models and perform resource gap and funding impact analysis with mitigation options.
• Support acquisition and financial documentation, including cost analysis and pricing comparisons, and perform data quality checks.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years.
• Demonstrated experience in budget analysis, financial planning, and execution support for complex programs.
• Experience working with financial and manpower systems and data sources.
• Knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, including support for senior stakeholders.

• Familiarity with resource planning tools and financial reporting systems.
• Experience developing financial dashboards, models, and scenario analyses.
• Experience supporting acquisition planning and cost analysis activities.
