Principal Software Engineer (React/Golang)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Lead system architecture and technical reviews across three Scrum teams.
• Drive discovery, prototyping, and architectural runway to ensure delivery readiness.
• Design and evolve client-side architecture for web and mobile platforms.
• Build observable, scalable backend services using Go.
• Define non-functional requirements including security, performance, and availability.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence engineering standards and hiring practices.

Requirements

• Valid EU visa or passport required for this position.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least two of: React, Next.js, or Go.
• Proven experience leading architecture and delivery across multiple teams.
• Hands-on experience with observability, incident response, and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering patterns.
• Background in distributed systems or data-intensive platforms.
