What you will do

• Rotate through Backend (Kotlin/Java), Frontend (React/Angular), and Mobile (iOS/Android) chapters over an 18-month journey.
• Build and ship real production features used by millions of buyers and sellers.
• Collaborate with senior and mid-level engineers through pair-programming and rigorous code reviews.
• Integrate AI-native tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude into the daily development workflow.
• Participate fully in agile rituals, including standups, planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate from University, Grado Superior, or equivalent.
• Basic coding fluency, debugging skills, and a strong understanding of how code operates.
• Fluent English for clear communication with international stakeholders.
• High learning velocity, genuine curiosity, and openness to becoming a generalist.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
