What you will do

• Conduct engaging onboarding and ramp courses for individual contributors and leadership to reduce time-to-productivity.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and design targeted enablement interventions.
• Lead quarterly audits of onboarding content to ensure all training materials remain current and effective.
• Create hands-on learning exercises and manage a library of gold-standard sales calls in Gong.
• Provide continuous training on MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, ensuring inclusivity across hybrid and remote audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or sales leadership.
• Deep expertise in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful live training and building integrated enablement programs.
• Experience with sales tools including Gong, Clari, Salesforce, and Claude.
• Demonstrated experience building AI-assisted workflows for operational efficiency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a global organization across multiple time zones.
