TL;DR

Associate Director, Product Marketing (ESG): Leading go-to-market strategy and product enablement for the Enablon division with an accent on value-based messaging, competitive research, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving pipeline development, revenue generation, and establishing thought leadership within the EHS, Sustainability, and ESG software space.

Location: Must be based in New York City, NY (Onsite)

Compensation: $133,400 - $238,400 USD

What you will do

  • Guide and deliver differentiated product positioning, messaging, and buyer personas to support the sales cycle.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies and support product management in roadmap development.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify new opportunities and buyer insights.
  • Collaborate with demand-generation teams to build and execute high-response campaigns.
  • Enable sales, customer success, and partner teams to effectively position Enablon products.
  • Build relationships through customer advocacy and cross-functional project leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B technology experience, preferably in EHS, Sustainability, or ESG.
  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing roles.
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing a global team.
  • Strong data analysis skills and project management expertise.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build relationships with industry analysts.
  • Must be able to work onsite in New York City and travel 20-30% of the time.
