• Assess and process medium to high-risk or complex underwriting cases within agreed mandates.

• Support and mentor colleagues by sharing knowledge, guidance, and best practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience within financial services or underwriting, or transferable experience in a similar environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and make balanced, informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements such as AML, data protection, and treating customers fairly.
