What you will do
- Lead the Employee and Executive Communications team to develop and execute strategies supporting business goals.
- Direct the Social Impact team, managing community partnerships, grants, sponsorships, and the Employee Emergency Aid Fund.
- Oversee the Protocol and Events team in planning and executing executive visits and large-scale events.
- Manage Communications Business Operations, including budget planning, capital planning, and labor tracking.
- Serve as the primary lead for crisis communications across the Aeronautics division.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen with a Secret Clearance (Top Secret level).
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience leading teams across multiple communications disciplines (e.g., media relations, social impact, crisis comms).
- Ability to cultivate effective working relationships with executive leadership and public affairs officers.
- Proven track record in developing integrated strategic communications plans for target audiences.
