What you will do

• Support IBP and IBAS leadership in domestic and international engagements with industry partners.
• Facilitate government-to-government industrial policy discussions with other agencies and international partners.
• Develop written communications products including briefings, speeches, talking points, press releases, and articles.
• Coordinate meetings, speaking engagements, and various outreach efforts to improve collaboration within the industrial base.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of experience organizing and facilitating meetings or conferences with government, industry, and academic stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading the development of executive-level written communication products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Experience developing communications products at the OSD or executive level.
• Knowledge of workforce development initiatives across public and private sectors.
• Understanding of government contract acquisition processes.
