TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery and product demonstrations to align solutions with client business outcomes.
  • Manage the scoping and execution of validation events and coordinate technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify quantifiable problems and showcase the value of the product platform.
  • Contribute best practices and technical collateral to the broader presales and sales organizations.
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives, including lead generation, event marketing, and partner enablement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 1-2 years of solution engineering experience or familiarity with hirify.global products.
  • Domain knowledge in Compliance or IT, preferably within Financial Services or FED SLED industries.
  • Proficiency in Solution Selling, Demo2Win, and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC frameworks.
  • Strong presentation skills tailored for both executive and practitioner audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a SaaS environment.
