Location: Fully remote in NYC or hybrid in New York City office

Salary: $167,300 - $178,500

What you will do

  • Lead technical validation for IT and service team opportunities within mid-market accounts, from discovery to tailored demonstrations.
  • Translate complex customer pain points and service delivery workflows into practical solution designs and business value narratives.
  • Advise customers on solution architecture, integrations, administration, and deployment strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Develop repeatable demo assets, technical collateral, and feedback loops to scale the service management motion.
  • Surface product gaps and customer objections to leadership to inform the product roadmap and GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong background in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Proven skills in discovery and technical validation to uncover workflows and constraints.
  • Experience presenting product demonstrations and workshops to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts, including workflow design and automation.
  • Must be based in New York City (NYC).
  • Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with service management methodologies such as ITIL or SLA frameworks.
  • Experience with ticketing, identity, and workflow automation systems.
